Sonepar Singapore and HoST Pte Ltd International Women's Day Session on "Give to Gain"

Last Friday, Sonepar Singapore & HoST Pte Ltd ( A Sonepar Company ) gathered for a meaningful 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 session centred on “𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧.”

The discussion highlighted how listening with intention and being fully present in conversations helps build trust and strengthen collaboration in the workplace. It was encouraging to see women across the organisation actively participating, alongside supportive male allies.

The session also reflects 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫’𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 of 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, where respect, inclusivity, and collaboration guide the way we work together.
