βLooking back, 2020 was an epic year of challenges. While fielding the unknown and having to tackle new issues brought about by the pandemic, we adopted virtual meetings and continued to actively engage our customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues to maintain and to strengthen our collaborative relationship.
