Great teams trust and support each other. They offer commitment and strength to one another and the company under various circumstances. The journey from being a group of strangers to a committed team needs work. This also includes the efforts of the leaders and the company. We recently had an excellent team-building drive for 3 operation companies ( Sonepar Singapore, Vallen Asia and HoST) under Sonepar to encourage and build this concept among the employees. The organizer prepared a lot of games and activities for the employees, and the event was a huge success!
