How is the robotics revolution changing the way of service and production sectors?
The epidemic has undoubtedly piqued the market’s curiosity. We receive a lot of questions about the potential and the commercial effect that robots and automation may have. I would not say there is an immediate rise, but that adoption will likely accelerate in the long run. One of the most significant considerations is how to make the robot an effective and efficient enabler for consumers.
We are actively proposing highly integrated solutions to guarantee customers a seamless transition when bringing robots on board. Customers are increasingly aware of the robotic solutions available, and they are more willing to have robots incorporated into their industrial processes. They recognize the need for robots to improve productivity due to human or impending shortages.
Hauling applications for mobile robots, for example, are currently challenging since the robot acts as a tow truck, towing a load at the back. It will get increasingly difficult. The customer wants us to reverse park the payload into a vertical lifter machine with only a few millimetres of open space on the side and back. The collaboration will become more rapid as technology advances.
This is made feasible by advancements in artificial intelligence and higher connection with lower latency, such as 5G. This translates to increased production, improved quality, lower waste, and lower prices. A light-out factory, unmanned manufacturing facility, or logistic warehouse will eventually be trendy.
In the near future, more robots will serve as our coworkers and companions. The robot system will perform a vast number of repetitive tasks. Working with robots might be one of the most prevalent employment requirements!
