Tea Time with HoST – Episode Three

Tea time with HoST is a show where customers and suppliers can discuss issues and gain clarity. We cordially welcome Rittal Singapore to our ranks. Rittal has been doing direct business since the 1990s and now wants to serve its customers better or faster. Client needs and expectations change over time. By combining the Rittal and HoST workforces, we can better serve customers.

The need to partner with distributors who could add value to our customers became apparent. One vendor for all customers. A single source for HoST complementary product and solution offering. They want to find the best distributor before committing to a distribution model. That is why they look at a distribution company’s financial health, customer serviceability, investment readiness, and many other factors.

Hence, looking into HoST, Rittal believes it can achieve what it aspires.  As a German brand, Rittal will never be the cheapest. As a product company, they want to help our customers build panels faster. To learn about rising prices, labor shortages, shorter delivery times, and the need to improve workflow processes, use the analysis tool invested in helping the clients. The service is FOC. After the analysis, they provide a report to the clients.

It also shows the savings and the expected investment return. Now the goal is to keep improving our customer solution. Early last year, new rules for operating, maintaining, and labelling cooling and air conditioning plants went into effect. The RFCs have banned over 2,500 with a global warming potential. Business owners use these bands to determine which cooling units are allowed.

These results from years of research and development—no split climate control systems with the hermetic refrigerant cycle. Saving money while reducing CO2 emissions is possible with the energy-efficient climate control solutions (Blue e+), intelligent services, and monitoring solutions from Rittal. Rittal has cut CO2 emissions. Visit www.host.sg for more information
