At HoST, we propose a solution that is able to detect the presence of your item, which you will like the robot to pick up and know exactly where it should be delivered to without human intervention. Additionally, it is also able to track and trace where is the current location of the item being delivered.
We make use of MiR AMR to pick up a cart that you place in a specific location and automatically know where to deliver through UHF RFID technology from SICK.to
Operators can push any cart to the designated area for pick up. The system will capture that there is a cart for pick up. The robot will pick up the cart and determine the end drop off destination automatically. It is also part of the track and trace process to know where is the cart transported to.
To know more, watch the demo which uses Mir250 and RFU610 to exhibit able to recognise different carts and automatically assign the correct locations to deliver the carts.
